Product Introduction

The swing of the rocker arm drives the magnet to move vertically, horizontally, and back and forth, causing changes in the magnetic field and causing the Reed Switch inside the sensor to produce ON and OFF actions. It is a low-cost proximity sensor.

Contact form:

NO contact (open type): A contact that remains normally open. When the magnet is close, the contact turns ON and closes.

NC contact: a contact that remains normally closed. When a magnet approaches, the contact turns ON.

Conversion contact: When the magnet is close, the contact switches and outputs ON and OFF alternately.

Closed contact: Once ON or OFF, even if the magnets are far apart, the contact state is maintained until the next reverse magnetic field is given. In principle, the magnet moves horizontally in this form.

The speed sensor detects the rotational speed and direction of the gear by measuring the differential flux density of the magnetic field. The speed and direction of the target are communicated through this two-wire device via a variable pulse width output protocol.
